Where does the good go

I can’t survive on what you send, every time you need a friend

My dreams were full of strange ideas
My mind was set despite the fears
But other things got in the way
I never asked that boy to stay

Once upon a time at home
I sat beside the telephone
Waiting for someone to pull me through
When at last it didnt ring, I realized it wasn’t you

What the hell…have you actually continued listening to the cd I made for you? Although I know I put the Billy Bragg version of this song on the cd and the Kirsty MacColl song is completely different, “What Do Pretty Girls Do?” I think?

    Poor Kirsty…

Oh wait, are you trying to tie this in with the Patriots? Sad, missy, sad.

Yes! I have made it to the early sixties on the CD! But I’m kinda stuck on is she really going out with him and a new england. But yes, I did first play the song because of football.

I don’t know who you are talking about. British Invasion refers to UK music of the 60’s.
