My free BMW “Winter inspection” turned into a $200 BMW “special cleaning.” I really shouldn’t be allowed to own cars.

    You mean repair shops dangle “free” services as a means to upsell more expensive, but equally useless services?!?! Waitaminute….Look! Up in the Sky! It’s a bird, It’s a plane, No….It’s CAPTAIN OBVIOUS!!

    Infiniti cleans up my car very nicely, even if all I’ve bought is an oil change.
