It comes down to the wives. Who should we admire the most. A woman who runs a successful business and can afford many houses. Or a woman who earns $300,000 a year in a political job and still can’t pay off her college loans.
Now we get to see that McCain is not walking his talk; he sympathizes with people and is clueless about the lives and perils of the common folk. (A recent visit to a Safeway/Starbucks does not cut the muster.) Bush played this card well; McCain in trying to follow is falling flat on his face. The truths come forth in strange ways. The POW aspect of his campaign has now worn thin; yeks, 10 more weeks of Rovian negativity from the McCain campaign.

Does Obama really want to draw attention to who has what house? I mean, there’s a big bad Rezko at the end of that path.

If I were McCain, I’d just smile and say, “Yes, I have a hot wife with a few bucks, and a few investment properties. Is that wrong?”
