Ah, good times, good times
Here they are:

Hm. Strange that the post just lists quotes, but Casca seems to think there’s some value judgement involved.

Not the one about how OB/GYNS should be allowed to practice their love for women? That’s a favorite of mine. Although I too am partial to “I’m the Decider.”

Hm. Strange that Pear feigns an inability to read between the lines. Rummy was the second best SecDef we’ve ever had. Weinburger is first because his strategy won the cold war. Almost every democrat appointed secdef has been an unmitigated disaster.
It’s fairly entertaining to watch libtards take swipes at these men. Both had huge accomplishments outside of political life. Where oh where does the retard party go when they need a secdef? Back to their pals in the Congress, where they find stooges who never wore the uniform, and make childishly stupid decisions, like refusing armor to the Rangers in Somalia, or cutting valuable force structure that takes years to build in favor of more organizational tail.
One of the reasons we went with the “light war” option in Iraq, was that was the only option the Clintonistas left on the shelf.
