Life lessons with Dawn Summers
1. Driving up and down streets at 5 mph is not a good way to find a comic book store.
2. Comic book stores do not have comics.
3. Bookstores do have comics. Though they are in the magazine racks.
4. Just figure out how to get the Buffy comics online like a regular person.

You should look into getting a subscription for the comic, if you are only looking to a monthly book. If you are looking for the back issues, try the trade paper backs (aka graphic novels), easily located on Amazon. In fact, you can get TPBs much cheaper on Amazon than in any other location. Good luck.

I just can’t bring myself to pay $4 to ship a $3 comic….yet.

This place http://www.deweyscomiccity.com/ is in my town. They might just charge you postage, not “shipping.” But if they don’t and you put something on hold I would pick it up for you and mail it on a weekend.

There are several in Brooklyn, two in my neighborhood – Smith Street and Montague Street. This site lists stores in New York – scroll down to New York City to get the borough listings:

I’ve been to the place on Montague St. – it’s huge. Great store if you’re into comics.

Which issues do you need? I multiples of all of “Season 8” and might part with some of them considering your excellent taste in TV shows and comics.
