I’m such a dork
Election day makes me soooo happy. I woke up at 8 a.m., brushed my teeth, got dressed and went straight to the polls! I even managed to remember what district I was in. And then when the polling booth lady asked if it was my first time voting — clearly because I look so young, and not because I couldn’t find the opening in the curtain — I said yes.
So, she had this dude explain how the levers work and everything!
Now, that I stood in the booth looking at my choice for a good seven minutes as if seeing the whole Clinton v. Obama choice for the first time, is neither here nor there.
Who knew Alan Keyes was running for President!
Go vote people! Unless, you’re voting for someone other than who I voted for, in which case stay home.

N.Y. still have levers?
Even GA has electronic touch screens.
Anyway - we are on the same page.
Thanks for voting!

Oh, I’m awesome. I think so, and I’m awesome. So that must mean I’m super awesome.

The lever machines are more reliable and less succeptible to tampering. If it ain’t broke . . .
