Not so random thought
Sometimes you try so hard not to lose something, that you do.
Congrats to the New York Giants.
Tom, I will always love you. Unless you’re really your losing hair…in which case, I will love you maybe for a year or two more.

And yet, my football team still lost less than your football team
That and $2 will get you on the subway.

Hmm… think my purchasing that jersey jinxed you? I wonder. It’s not like I’m a witch or anything.

You noticed the thinning hair also? Sad….I can’t believe the Giants won.

Wrong. Wrong in every aspect of this game.
The Patriots couldn’t complete third downs as often as the Giants.
Belichick decided to go for it instead of taking a FG in the second quarter that would have put his team ahead in the game because he wanted to score a touchdown.
Brady was rushed all night because the Pats O-line played horribly.
The Giants removed Randy Moss from the game, which meant that the Pats had no deep threat.
The Giants also stonewalled Maroney which means that the Pats had no running game.
The Pats didn’t sack Eli Manning on the so-ridiculous-I-still-don’t-believe-it-happened Manning pass to David Tyree who caught the ball with one hand and his HELMET while Rodney Harrison was hanging onto his arm.
The Patriots had multiple chances to score and win the game, but they didn’t do so.
They were shut down, shut up, and downright owned for four quarters. They did not “try hard not to lose”.

I made bank on the moneyline, mwahahahahahaha!!! Eli did it the old fashioned way. He earned it. Mad props to the Giants D. The key to beating the Pats is keeping Brady on his ass. They did it. One of the best Superbowls ever.
