Baby gots a daddy

Photographer Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, a court in the Bahamas ruled Tuesday after seeing DNA evidence. On the steps of the court, Birkhead said he was looking forward to having custody of baby Dannielynn. Howard K. Stern, who Smith publicly identified as the baby’s father, said he would not fight the ruling.

Ok, and now who feels so bad for Howard Stern?

    I’m really curious about the state of her assets now. Didn’t she leave a will that left everything to the predeceasin’ Daniel (or in a trust for him, I don’t remember) and specifically excluded “future issue”? Does that make her intestate?

    They didn’t cover this in the T&E bar prep.

    Jack Shafer is right; this is interesting beyond the nudie pics.
