		<description>I had the good sense to avoid giving my son my name (as the example will show).

My name is Joseph Heard ___________, Jr.  I knew if my son was named Joseph Heard ____________ III, he would be known as "Heard the Third" (Heard was my great-grandmother's maiden name).  Our German-derived surname gets enough teasing as it is.  

Besides, among us redneck folks, the III sounds kind of uppity.</description>
