I searched my name and last name. I personally know of 1 other person with my name, and I know there are more. It says there are 0 others with my names.

The thing says 1 of 10 people will have a first or last name that is not found in their database because they don’t include rare names. And it’s based on statistical probability of your name occurring, not an actual search of every person in the US.
