So what is up with Chugarte’s website? It says you can’t leave comments unless you register, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to register on the website.

It ain’t easy. Typepad doesn’t have a very impressive array of spam prevention alternatives. If you just click “sign in” it will allow you to register. Soon we will be writing again. On all websites. Promise.
