I think when contacted he said it was a hoax. Not the writing, the actual harrassment. Was a hoax. Sort of a performance art piece.

I couldn’t listen to the audio. Did he threaten her over the phone? If not, I don’t see what would be actionable.
Tell you what, though, if some creep treated my sister like that I’d have an actionable “talk” with him.

some of the commenters on that prdifferently post are almost as creepy as that Sherman guy.

He threatened to call her employer and have a chat and to have her “summonned” at work. Mostly, he called/emailed like 3 times a day after she told him to leave her alone. I don’t know for sure, but I’m guessing that could fall under state stalking laws.
