Best Supporting Actress: Rachel Weisz, The Constant Gardener

Best Director: George Clooney, Good Night, and Good Luck

And I say that with all the confidence of one who has seen none of those films.

    Heath Ledger was great in Brokeback and Phoenix was terrific in Walk the Line. I haven’t seen the rest. Brokeback should not win best picture, though, Walk the Line was better.
