Don’t click if you apparently are a cracked out poker fiend.
Oh, by they by, I caught a mistake in the game.
Did you?

Am I a little short-bus tonight? What was funny about that? It is entertaining, sure, but it calls itself funny – yeah, I didn’t see that. Seemed like a regular old game – anyway, if you want another addiction, try: this out.

NOOOOOOOOO…I am very busy. working. busily. I didn’t get the “funny” thing either, except insofar as I believe that is TBS new motto.

Oh, by they by, I caught a mistake in the game.
Did you?
Yeah, what’s up with the everyone ante?
November 9th, 2005 at 5:32 am
nope, that’s not it.

The music is a big mistake. I also vote for the use of the word “funny.”
November 9th, 2005 at 2:58 pm
I don’t know about the music, had to turn it off, but no, that’s not the mistake either. Has to do with the game. They mixed up one of the rules.

Can you raise less than the big blind? I didn’t try to do that.
November 9th, 2005 at 3:24 pm
Nope…did you get to heads up?
November 9th, 2005 at 4:36 pm
No. I played for three minutes and started pushing every hand just because.
November 10th, 2005 at 7:55 am
You are right about heads up.
There is a second mistake in the game. But you obviously didn’t catch it.
November 10th, 2005 at 3:31 pm
what? that they let players say goodbye even when they have chips left?
November 10th, 2005 at 4:57 pm
String bets are allowed.
November 10th, 2005 at 6:00 pm
oh yeah, that too.
November 10th, 2005 at 10:42 pm
Don’t be silly.
The flaw is when someone with fewer chips than you goes all in and there is a player left to act after you. Take this scenario:
Wendy ($2,000)
Dawn ($100,000) (I don’t know how, it is a hypo.)
Ray ($50,000)
If Wendy goes all in, your only options are “all in” or “fold.”
You aren’t allowed to (a) simply call the $2000 bet or (b) put in a raise small enough to draw Ray into the pot. You have to put all of your chips in and compel Ray to push all of his chips in to call.
November 10th, 2005 at 11:11 pm
Shut it. Dawn has had $100,000 plenty o times. but i hadn’t noticed that all-in or nothing thing, probably cause i usually either want to fold or go allin.
November 11th, 2005 at 4:42 am
You’re welcome, Dawn.
