I can see banning them in places where you have senstive information, that you don't want passed on the internet.  

But having large amounts of digital mediea flowing out of Iraq will only hurt us if most of it is bad (which so far most of the pictures i have seen (i had a friend in Iraq) have been good or indifferent (just people posing))</description>
