After her debut on the world stage in ‘The Simple Life,’ many onlookers wondered if Nicole Richie was really black. She asserted that both her mother and father were black and that she too is black.
Turns out Nicole is adopted!
Of course, since we already assumed her father was black, this new information doesn’t really help… unless her biological mother is not.

Maybe both her parents were really really light skinned blacks or they were both mixed or a combination of light skinned black and mixed.
I don’t know why she shouldn’t be believed.

She doensn’t look black to me, Especially with the blonde hair. It’s like the episode of Seinfeld when Elaine doesn’t know what race the guy she is dating is.

I looked at the adopted link and lots of the commenters think Nicole is so much cooler and nicer than Paris.
I did not agree, heres what I posted.
“I watched some of the Simple Life and Found Paris to have more redeemable qualities than Nicole. Nicole felt no remorse for doing bad things while Paris showed a conscious.”
Just curious what you all think?

I agree. Nicole was horrible, but she was apparently only days out of rehab and suffering withdrawal.
